• 11/19/2007 - Making Your First 500k GP

Throughout the beginning of the game, Runescape, the hardest task to earn will be earning your first 500k GP without having to cheat the system. If you want to earn this much is focused on getting this much GP or twice this much GP, then this guide will be perfect for you.

There's a little bit of everything from mining, cutting trees and even by making runes. Below, will be listed different types of things that you can do and the amount you need to do in order to get a step closer to the 500k GP goal.

Mining:
Making Your First 500k GP - 1
(Above is a picture while mining. Simply use the World Map to find all the available places to mine.)

  • Requirement: You must have completed the Rune Mysteries Quest and have any kind of pickaxe in order to this step. The better the pickaxe is the sooner, you will be complete with this step. Also, you must have a mining level of at least 15.  rs2gold www.cheap-rs2gold.com

Mining is many people favorite way of earning gold point's through Runescape. This of course is a great gold points earner so you would be able to benefit off this by taking the initiative to do this step. If you feel that this is not the right type of job for you, then simply skip this one and do the next thing. Please keep in mind that if you do skip this, then you would have to do twice the work on the next step to earn the 500k GP. Mine the following items and the listed amount for each item. Simply try to receive at least 250,000 GP through this to move on to the next step.

  • Iron Ores - Mine 2,500 Iron Ores.
Sell Each: 50 GP Each - Total: 125,000 GP
  • Rune Essences - Mine 4,170 Rune Essences.
Sell Each: 30 GP Each - Total: 125,100 GP

You can find quick buyers by moving onto World 1-5 and going to a Varrock bank. Simply post that you are selling these and you should receive many people wanting to trade with you. Make sure that you take no less, then the suggested price stated above. You will most likely be tried to get ripped off by users trying to buy it for less but do not sell it if they are not paying the price listed above.

Woodcutting:
Making Your First 500k GP - 2
(Above is a picture while woodcutting a Yew tree. Simply use the World Map to find all the available places to woodcut trees.)

  • Requirement: You must have a woodcutting level of 60 in order to do this step.

Woodcutting is another big gold point earner in Runescape. It has been proven that many Runescape players are able to come up 1,000,000+ GP in less than a month so why not try this. The best way to earn gold points the quickest way is to work your way up to being able to cut Yew logs. These can be sold for around 200 GP each!

  • Yew Logs - Cut 1,250 Yew logs.
Sell Each: 200 GP Each - Total: 250,000 GP

You can find quick buyers by moving onto World 1-5 and going to a Varrock bank. Simply post that you are selling these and you should receive many people wanting to trade with you. Make sure that you take no less, then the suggested price stated above. You will most likely be tried to get ripped off by users trying to buy it for less but do not sell it if they are not paying the price listed above.

And now you're completed! Congratulations. You've earned 500k by working for it and not having to cheat the game out. Simply if you would like to do the woodcutting step or the mining step only, then simply do the step twice and you got 500k!

• 11/9/2007 - EASTER EGGS

One: On the 4th of April 2005 Jagex added in "Dragon Plates" If you speak to Diango in Draynor village he said that these plates were meant to come on Friday (1st of April) but they were held up by pirates because they thought they were some kind of armour, but they are infact Plates with a dragon on them.
Two: On Runescape 2 in any members world, you may be one of the lucky people to see Bob, he is a cat based on a real cat they keep in the Jagex office over in England(according to Mod Daniel), and he can be seen anywhere in Runescape and when it examines it says, "The Jagex Cat" Every time the system updates, he is reset back to the garden in Burthorpe, where he once again starts his journey across the land of Runescape..rs2gold

Three: Go to Karajama Island. Go past the banana grove until you get to the scorpions. When you get there, go down the ladder and pass the skeletons. You will find red spider eggs. You need to be at least over level 30.
Four: Kill high level monsters such as White Knight, Ice Giants, etc. on October 31 to receive Halloween masks. There are three different colors.
Five: Kill high level monsters such as White Knight, Ice Giants, etc. on December 25 to receive a Santa hat.
Six: Use any herring with any tree on RuneScape. You will get the message "This is not the mightiest tree in the forest." This is a reference to 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail', where the Knights' Who No Longer Say Ni demand "Find the mightiest tree in the forest and cut it down withA Herring!"

• 11/6/2007 - The Growing Runescape World Map

I recently came across an old Runescape site that contained what looks to be close to the original version of the Runescape World Map, and it just brought back a flood of memories, and reminded me just how simply things were back in the beginning.

I started playing Runescape in late 2001 and the world map essentially consisted of Varrock, Lumbridge, Falador the very bare wilderness plus an assortment of smaller cities. Half a decade later Runescape??s world map seems to have grown exponentially.

These days to walk across Runescape is a quite an lengthy adventure, and to be honest these days I find myself teleporting my way around Runescape a lot more, where as I used to never teleport back in 2001 and 2002, before the launch of Runescape members.

I can??t help but feel that this growth and expansion of the Runescape world map is somewhat similar to the expansion of actual world maps by history??s explorers as they slowly grew in their knowledge of the world and charted their new discoveries.

It makes you wonder just if Jagex ever plan to stop growing the Runescape world map, is there a point where the world is just too big?

• 11/4/2007 - Player versus player (PvP) combat

POH combat

Players may create combat rooms in their player owned houses using the construction skill. In the combat room, they can build several combat rings each with their own rules.

There is absolutely nothing to gain or lose in any combat room (besides combat experience), as players will simply reappear outside of the ring if they die, with no loss of items. Players like to place bets on who will win, and the combat ring is popular for clan events.

Players may also build their own throne rooms and dungeons. In the throne room players can turn their dungeon on and off and can also turn on player vs player (PvP) mode. There is still nothing to lose in a PvP dungeon, but if players make it to the treasure room and defeat the boss, they can gain treasure (donated by the house owner). The owner of the dungeon may place various monsters in the dungeon for other players to fight; these monsters range from a basic skeleton guard to a powerful steel dragon available only to those who have the highest possible construction

• 10/8/2007 - The Runescape Orphanage

The Runescape Orphanage MiniGame
Here’s the idea/ background for this minigame:
With all the wars, senseless fighting, and even more senseless Adventurers; there are a lot of orphans.A group of people( npcs) have brought all the children with no one to look after them to one spot and made Runescape gold an orphanage. Now as with all not-for-profits (and orphanages in especially) they are short on free hands and even shorter on resources. With the ever growing population of children they also desperately need to expand and come up with stuff for the children(furniture, cloths, food, etc).Because they are a charity type instillation they have been able to make deals with various people across the map in order to buy Runescape gold cheaply(at cost) .What you do here: help with various tasks around the complex sometimes even supplying Runescape money yourself.
Game functionality of it. This mini game is like a morton temple, village cleanup, setup. With the wide variety of tasks that need to

be done to keep the operation running you can train any skill at the place. The exp for each skill would be rather slow compared to other methods and you would still have to pay for various things(planks for example, no free con xp here )

The benefits to the players:
While I’m not suggesting some reward from this(although some could certainly be added), the place itself would allow people too strictly stay to training, and not in a fast leach luring way like pc either. The work you do at the place directly relates to the exp you get
Runescape gold. If you make furniture for the place you get con exp, if you make cloths for the children you get craft exp, If you smith hinges and door handles you get smith exp, if you cook for the kids you get cooking ect ect ect, you do nothing you get nothing. Also this would allow people to not have to go looking for Runescape money to train their skills(note the Runescape gold you buy have to be used at the orphanage and cant be bought and used else ware)

A big apeal to this would be the abilty to “camp out” while training this would lead to people chatting and such and create another favorable/enjoyable spot such as the fishing guild or at the temple in mort’ton.

Here are some of the ideas I came up with for how each skill could be used.( please note that the exp for combat related stuff would be rediculously low compaired to actully fighting but would still get some Runescape gold)

Attack- chasing imaginary boogy man out of a childs room

Str- heavy lifting, sacks/ boxes of food etc

def- wrastle with kids(maybe be in a barny suit to get beat up)

range- play dodgeball with kids or throw dirty cloths in hamper

prayer- preach or any number of obvious jokes ” oh guthix grant me the pactience to deal with these ….. children….” lol

magic- teach kids, animate toys, light displays .. its magic it can do anything

runecrafting- teach kids, do experiments

construct- furniture ect

hp- boogy man, pretty stumped here

agility, jumping thru cluttered rooms and dogeing running children

herblore- make cures for sick kids

thiev- steal kids security blanket to be washed and swap it for a clean one

crafting- cloths, toys, etc

fletching, toy bows and arrows

slayer, defating boogy man, monster under bed, dust bunnies

hunter- tracking wayward kids

mining- goes with expantio0n clearing out ruble with pick

smithing- door knobs, hinges, parts to toys, nails, etc

fishing- teaching kids to fish by example, catching fish for kids to eat

cooking- obvious, cook for kids, help in kitchen

firemaking, keep stoves lit, candles, furnace(heating)

wc- gather wood for fires

Farming- growing food and flowers for the house

• 10/7/2007 - Runescape Construction - FAQ

How do I buy a house?

To buy a house, you will need to visit the Estate Agent found in his offices in North East Varrock, opposite the church,if you have no RuneScape money and RuneScape gold, you can go www.gold2us.com to buy some RuneScape gold.

Where is my house?

Dependent on your Construction level, your house portal may be in different locations. To start with, your house will be in Rimmington. For maps of the exact location, see the Estate agent section of the NPCs page.

Can I die in my house?

Yes. If you die in your house, through poison or being attacked by monsters while in challenge mode etc., you will respawn outside your house portal and retain all of your items.

How do I change to building mode?

To change to building mode, you can select it from the ‘House options’ found under your controls tab. Aside from this, when you enter your house portal, select ‘Go to my house (Building mode)’.

How do I build items?

To build items, you must first build or enter a room in building mode. In building mode there are ghostly white ‘Hotspots’. If you right click and select ‘Build’ you can select what you would like to build on that Hotspot if you have the required Construction level, tools and materials.

How do I get materials?

To start with you will need planks and nails. You can get logs converted into planks from the Sawmill operator found East of Varrock, near the Lumber yard. The Sawmill operator will also sell useful items such as cloth, and most importantly a Saw to help you begin.
When your Construction level advances, you will be able to use Marble blocks, Magic stones and gold leaf, sold by the Stonemason in Keldagrim.

There is a limit of 20 rooms, but these can be built up to 2 stories high, or even underground! But,do you have so many RuneScape money and RuneScape gold?

What happens if I drop items in my house?

You cannot drop items in Building mode. If you drop items in normal mode, they will be on the ground and will disappear after a certain amount of time as usual. If you wish to change into Building mode and have items on the ground they will be destroyed. You will be prompted if this happens, but make sure you mean to drop items if you do.

How do I go to a friend’s house?

You can go to a friend’s house by going to their house portal location and clicking ‘Go to friend’s house’. Enter the person’s name, and if they are in their house, you will be allowed in. Some people can block entry, please see the bottom of the basics page for more information on portal control.

• 9/29/2007 - What is an Runescape MMORPG?

In the earliest days of the internet there were online text-based games called, rather tragically, MUDs (Multiple User Dungeon) — there were also MOOs, MUSHs, MUCKs and other unfortunate acronyms, but they generally amount to the same thing. MUDs weren’t much more than writing on a screen, and you had to rely heavily on the programmer’s writing skills to immerse yourself in the world. Unfortunately, most of the MUDs were quite poorly written, or the developer lost interest and the MUD would slowly die as the players got bored. MUDs have been around for quite a long time, but, as technology has evolved and improved, the games have also improved and now you can play graphic-based MMORPGs like RuneScape. And you can have some RuneScape money and RuneScape gold.

An MMORPG is a ‘Massively Multiplayer On-line Role-playing Game’, which is a long way of saying that it’s a virtual world that lots of people can be in at the same time. As a virtual world, RuneScape works in much the same way that the real world works — the grass is green, the sky is blue, gravity stops you from flying off into space at ninety miles a second — but it has the advantage of being completely imaginary, so that even though dragons aren’t actually real, you can search all across RuneScape to find all the different types of dragon.

The ‘Massively Multiplayer’ aspect of RuneScape money means that you will almost never be alone in your world. Even the quietest RuneScape servers have dozens of players in them, and the busiest are usually full to capacity. By having other ‘real’ people in the game with you, the game opens up plenty of opportunities for interaction. You might like to band together with like-minded players to take on the nastiest beasts you can find, or form teams for minigames like Castle Wars.

There are many advantages to a world filled with other people, and many
RuneScape players take full advantage of this. Aside from helping each other through minigames and quests, some players form solid friendships and even host parties in the Party Room at Seers’ Village where they can arrange a balloon drop and hire a troupe of singing and dancing knights to entertain them.

With the recent addition of Player Owned Houses (POH) to RuneScape gold, the MMORPG has taken a new turn. RuneScape members can now construct their own homes within the game world, encouraging them to manage their resources and instilling them with a sense of pride in their home. They can also invite friends in to admire their creation, or send them to meet the terrors that they have lot’s of RuneScape money and RuneScape gold placed in the dungeons beneath the house.

• 9/28/2007 - The Tutors of Runescape Lumbridge

Introduction
As you take your first steps aroundRuneScape, you may discover that the skills you can train in confuse you, or that you don’t know how to begin. It is lucky for you, then, that a number of tutors have recently decided to offer their services free of charge to the people of RuneScape  gold.

The majority of these tutors are located in and around Lumbridge, though there are a couple who are found further afield. To locate a tutor, look for the ‘Guide’ key icon on your minimap to make RuneScape  money.

The tutors will offer you information based upon your level in their field of expertise, as well as based upon the quests you have or have not completed, so it’s well worth going back every so often to see if they have anything new to tell you about. Most of the information the tutors will offer is available to free players, but obviously information about Fletching and the like is only visible to members.

For further information about any skill, please read the Skill Guides.

Combat Tutors
All of the combat tutors may be found just north of Lumbridge Castle.

Magic and Runecrafting Tutor: Mikasi

Mikasi, like most mages of any significant power, likes to teach people the ways of the runestones. Having spent many years herself learning the finer points of crafting runes and the rituals that bind the magic to the stones, she has returned to Lumbridge to spread the wealth of her knowledge among the less experienced. More talented practicioners of the arcane arts will find that Mikasi also knows much of use to them.

Free items: Mikasi will give out 30 mind runes and 30 air runes - although these are held on a thirty minute timer, so you will have to wait half an hour before you can collect any more runes from her. You will only get runes of each type if you do not have any of them already. While you cannot collect runes from Mikasi and the Ranged equipment from Nemarti at the same time, you can wait half an hour before going to Nemarti. To collect your runes, right-click on Mikasi and select ‘Claim’.

Melee Tutor: Harlan

Harlan is a warrior of great experience with a kindly personality. His particular interest in the wellbeing of young adventurers has led him to Lumbridge, where he graciously helps out young warriors looking to train in the honour of close combat. Though he specialises in helping very young warriors, he is also well versed in techniques and locations for more advanced training.

Free items: Harlan will gladly equip adventurers with a training sword and a training shield. He will not, however, give them to anyone who already has them (there is no sense in handing them out to someone who already has them, after all). The training sword is the equivalent of a bronze longsword, and the shield is the equivalent of a wooden shield. Neither of them are tradeable.

Ranged and Fletching Tutor: Nemarti

Nemarti is a skilled archer and capable of drawing an arrow to its target from a hundred yards while at a full sprint. Unsurprisingly, then, she is almost the ideal tutor for those who want to train in the arts of the rapid strike from afar. Further, she is also skilled in the art of bow and arrow making, and will gladly explain how to go about this, provided you are a member. Like the other tutors, she will also provide advice for more advanced students seeking the next hurdle in their training,if you have no you RuneScape money and RuneScape gold, you can buy some more.

Free items: Nemarti and Mikasi, as is common between rangers and mages, do not quite see eye-to-eye; they do have an agreement, though, that they will not offer their wares to each other’s students. While you cannot collect the bow and arrows from Nemarti and the Magic equipment from Mikasi at the same time, you can wait half an hour before going to Mikasi. Nemarti will gladly supply anyone who visits her with a training bow and 25 training arrows. This bow can only use these arrows, and the arrows, equally, may only be used by this bow. Like Mikasi, she will distribute arrows and the bow only every half hour, and not to anyone who already has a training bow or training arrows. Like the training sword and shield, these are untradeable.

Non-Combat Tutors

Cooking Tutor: Cordero

Lumbridge is a particularly gifted town, for it features not only the culinary talents of the castle chef, but also Cordero, a proficient cook who is rumoured to prepare the most fabulous Chompy a la Rantz east of the Feldip Hills. Aspiring chefs may make their way to him for advice on how best to avoid burning their food and where players may find quests requiring them to prepare food.

Cordero can be found in the south of Lumbridge, just south of Bob’s Brilliant Axes.

Crafting Tutor: Cadmus

Some tutors and guides are welcomed into the more opulent buildings of Lumbridge, and Cadmus is lucky enough to be one of these. Possibly because the Duke keeps a spinning wheel and he likes the thought that it is kept in use, he allows Cadmus to use that room to give guidance to aspiring artisans who wander there from across RuneScape. Cadmus will also offer advice to skilled craftsmen who seek advice on how best to advance their skills.

Cadmus can be found on the first floor of Lumbridge Castle, in the room south of Duke Horacio.

Fishing Tutor: Finlay

Finlay is too old to be called a young man; then again, no one is entirely sure whether he ever was a young man. For as long as he can remember he has sat on docks and shore, along the sandy beaches of Karamja, next to flaming lava in monster-infested dungeons - all with the sole aim of catching the finest fish from around RuneScape to have RuneScape money and RuneScape gold. Budding fishermen will discover that he can advise them where to fish around the whole of the world for the finest fish and the greatest range of experiences.

Finlay can be found mending his nets on the banks of the River Lum, south of Lumbridge. You can get there by going through the graveyard in the south of Lumbridge, where a neat path has recently been laid.

Free item: Finlay hates to see a young man go without the joy of fishing, and so he will provide anyone with a small net if they have mislaid theirs.

Mining Tutor: Monlum

If you are looking for a skill that brings you close to the bedrock of the world, look no further than Mining. You will spend your time either out under the sun, mercilessly swinging your pickaxe against the stone, or in the caverns beneath the world prospecting for ores while avoiding the attentions of some of the less pleasant inhabitants. Monlum has dedicated his life to this humble trade, and is more than happy to spend a few minutes discussing rocks and pickaxes with the skilled and unskilled alike.

Monlum can be found surveying his mine south of Lumbridge. You can find this by following the path that works its way through the graveyard and south to the mine.

Free item: Monlum will give a shiny new bronze pickaxe to anyone who does not already have one.

Smithing Apprentice: Feoras

Not all of the people who try to help out in Lumbridge are masters of their art. Feoras, for example, has been set to work there by his master, the Smithing Tutor in Varrock. As he is a mere apprentice, he spends most of his time converting ores into bars of base metals and explaining how to do this to any adventurers that happen to wander past looking interested. He will probably recommend that you see Monlum, to the south of Lumbridge, to gather some ore if you don’t have some already, and that you practice the simple delight of smelting.

Feoras can be found next to the furnace in the north of Lumbridge.

Master Smithing Tutor: Sani

Sani is almost an artist among smiths: his skill and expertise is rarely seen in the lands of men, and he is the equal of many of the finest dwarven smiths. As such, it is only right that he should be on hand to help out those that wish to follow in his footsteps. He’s not too talkative, but his advice has been invaluable to many.

Sani can be found in his smithy south of Varrock’s west bank.

Prayer Tutor: Yauchomi

It is not especially surprising to note that the Prayer tutor is a devout Saradominist; then again, in a peaceful town like Lumbridge there is little trace of the worship of other gods. Yauchomi has read much and understands the value of bones and, from talking to adventurers, knows the best prayers for any given situation. Though her position doesn’t require that she use prayers very often, she should be your first stop for specific information to give me the RuneScape money and RuneScape gold?

Yauchomi can be found in the church in central Lumbridge.

Woodcutting Tutor: Wilfred

Wilfred is a powerfully built young man, whose arms have seen hundreds of trees fall all across the forests and woods of RuneScape. He is looking for a more sedate life now, though, and thus has decided to spend some time handing out advice to the aspiring lumberjacks of the world. He does not cut trees down for the fun of it, of course, and will explain the purpose of Woodcutting to anyone willing to listen. More skilled woodsmen will also receive advice about quests and other things to look out for while absorbed in the steady swing of the axe.

Wilfred can be found south of the furnace, in the north of Lumbridge.

Free items: Wilfred, ever eager to see others begin down the path of the lumberjack, will provide anyone with a bronze axe and a tinderbox, provided they do not already have them.

Bank Tutor
Banks are to be found in dozens of locations across the world, and Duke Horacio is not a poor man, so he has deemed it proper to have a bank located above his very own chambers. Although banking is not a skill in RuneScape, it is an essential part of any adventurer’s experiences - after all, where are you going to keep that granite maul when you decide you’d rather be a mage for a while?

The banking tutor can be found behind the counter in the bank on the top floor of Lumbridge Castle.

How to Start a lvl 3 Skiller (click here)

So, you’ve also wanted one of those cool Lvl 3 skillers. I mean they are pretty cool. All combat skills (is this guide that includes slayer) at 1 and the combat skills are really high up. Well in this guide I will teach you some of the most effective ways to train this lvl 3 pure and all 15 of the non combat skills. It will take hard work and dedication but if you come out with a good product you could be famous. ( p.s. if you like this guide you can do one of either to things, or both. 1 is give me rep, 2 is nominate me for guides forum mod =p )

~* Table of contents*~

1- Choosing a Good Name
2- F2p levels
3- Into The Member Levels
4- The Helpful Quests
5- How not to Accidentally Gain a Combat Lvl

~ Choosing a Good Name ~

Names are very important for an lvl 3 skiller. You need a good name to be remembered by. I mean if you have a average name no one will remember you. You also have to pick a good name because you’re going to live with it as long as you’re a skiller. Try not to put numbers after your name because it makes it hard for people to remember you. Also don’t use something like t3h skiller, make it original.

~ F2p levels ~

After you get off Tutorial Island you have to pick your first. You want to make it something that you have the tools for. It could be woodcutting, mining, or fishing.

Woodcutting
- Take your bronze axe and you could go to one of a few places.

You can go to place one, two, or three. These places are all very abundant with normal trees. Every time you gain an lvl try to get the new axe you can use. If you’re strapped for cash bank the logs you will need them for fire making and/or fletching.. If you have plenty of cash then you can powercutt. Remember now matter how much it seems your spending now, if you stick with this you WILL make a good profit.

1-15- train on normal trees.

15-45- I suggest training on a combo of oaks and normal trees. The reason I suggest you don’t go to willows after 30 is because they will go slow, therefore they aren’t as good exp.

45-60- Cut willows in draynor. Remember to bank ALL of them. That 10 extra seconds it takes to bank will save you a ton of time trust me.

60-99- you don’t have to go to 99 all in one if you don’t want to. But for the rest of the time I suggest cutting willows and maples. I do not suggest going to magics or yews because they are terrible exp after 60 compared to willows and maples. If/when you do go to maples I suggest you bank them for the firemaking and fletching exp.

Fishing
- Fishing is an important skill to have. Once again I suggest you save all of your fish. This will make cooking 10 times easier.

1-20- I suggest from levels 1-20 you fish shrimp, shrimp, and then some more shrimp. And I suggest you stay in once place when you’re fishing it.

here. All you have to watch out for is the scorpion. If it starts attack you get the fuck out of there. Then come back when it wanders off. The scorpion is the only downside to this spot considering the bank is literally right there. If you’re a member you can go to catherby. This is great because there are no monsters to attack you and the bank is really close. Theres literally no downsides to catherby.

20-70 OR 20-99- I suggest you get A LOT of feathers ( buy them for 10 ea on the forums or go in a busy non members world and buy them at the chicken coop for 7 gp ea. Either way get about 20k feathers. More if you’re going to 99. a lot more lol. Anyways your going to want to flyfish. I suggest barb village or just north of seers bank there’s a good spot. In barb village bank in edgy, seers bank, bank in seers. If you’re a member go to seers because in barb village there’s aggressive barb’s that you gotta watch out for.

70-99- if you decided to stop flyfishing at 70 you can go to the fishing guild and fish lobs. I suggest you wait until 70 because they will come in a lot quicker. If yoru not a member by now I highly suggest you get it.

Mining
- Yes the most boring of them all. The terrible mining. I no 90% of you hate it, but it has to be done to complete your skiller. I no your probably getting bored of this, but once again bank all of your ores, as they are expensive to buy and they will help greatly in smithing. I will try to make mining as leats boring as possible by giving you a wide variety of things to mine.

1-45- I suggest you do rune mysteries. Then to get to lvl 45 mix up what you mine by mining, essence, tin, copper, and when you can, pure essence. Do not go to iron until 45 because if you go straight at 15-44 you’re going to get it slow as anything. Remember to bank all your ores/essence.

45-99- from 45-99 you can mine a few things. You can keep doin iron, remember to bank, you can do pure essence, or you can do silver and gold. Mix it up so you don’t get bored. I suggest you don’t mine coal/rune/addy/mith or anything else because you may think its good exp but compared to the other things it sucks. Essence isn’t that good exp wise but you might as well get a couple k of it so you have it for runecrafting.

Crafting
- Crafting is a really fun skill. There’s so much variety of things to do you will never get bored even all the way to 99. There’s a friggin ton of fun stuff to do in it. in my opinion it’s the funnest non member skill.

1-7- First buy about 500 cowhides then get them tanned into SOFT leather. (Buy the cowhides for 100 ea f2p world). From 1-7 make the cowhides into leather gloves. These are some of the only things in this WHOLE guide im going to tell you that you don’t gotta keep. Just sell them to the general sore there’s no need for them.

7-9- Now make leather boots for lvl 7 to 9. Once again just sell them to the general store.

9-10- make a few leather cowls. OR you could skip the next step ( I don’t recommend this ) and make leather cowls to 14.

At 10 to 63 you’re going to make HUGE profits. Yes, its finally time you make a good profit. If your really, really, really strapped for cash pick the flax yourself. But you should have a main so you should have some money. Anyways buy a TON of flax for 100 ea. Then spin it into bowstrings for 15 exp a string. That’s 420 exp a inventory. A inventory takes about 45 seconds to spin. Plus banking and getting back its about a minute. Tour getting about 25k exp an hour witch is very good. Trust me, these lvls will fly. Once you’re at 63 sell all those strings for 180 ea. You will make a good 1-3m. (Rough estiment)

63-71 make a thread on the forums that says free green leather crafting. You tell them if they trade you 6 tanned green leather hides you will make it into full green for free. You’re making 372 exp a set or around 20k give or take. If you don’t want to do this stick with flax.

71-77- Do the same thing you did with green leather sets only this time with blue. Now you’re making about 35k exp a hour give or take. Once again if you get super bored go to flax.

77-84- This time craft free red leather sets. You will make around 40-50k exp a hour. If you get bored, guess what? Go to flax.

84-99- Yay you can finally do black leather sets. You will make a good 45-60k a hour. If you get bored do flax.

Cooking
- Ok, your done with all the hard stuff when it comes to f2p skills. Now its all laid back boringness. I don’t know witch one you’re going to hate more. Hard work or laid back boringness. Anyways by now I HIGHLY suggest you have members, because from now on every training spot im posting is going to be on members.

1-99- Cook all of your food. I recommend the range is the rouges den. Here there’s a fire that lasts forever and a bank literally right there. Your set from 1-99. Once you run out of food just buy the next food that you can then keep buying the next food in line that you can cook up to sharks. Then sell it all. U will have up to about 20-50 if u went all the way to 99. shit you might even have more then that.

Smithing
- Smith all your ores into bars then smith those bars into armor. I suggest you do this in east ardy or alkarid. I suggest you use the anvil right next to the magic shop is varrock. The bank is right there. Save all your steel bars and when you can smith them into cannonballs. All you got to do is dwarf cannon. Once you get back to mith armor and up smith the armor. Then once our done sell it for nice profits.

Firemaking
- For firemaking just burn all of your logs. Once your done buy willows and burn willows until 99. Burn them here-

Rune crafting
- For rune crafting if you didn’t already do rune mysteries.

1-14- Craft air runes.

14-54- craft fire runes. You cant do nats because your only lvl 3 therefore you cant go on karajama.

54-99- keep on crafting fire. At the every end sell all these runes you will make a lot of money.

~ Into the Member Levels ~

Thieving
- Thieving is OK. If you get it up high enough it’s a pretty good money maker. It can get boring but sticky with it and you will reap the rewards.

1-5- From levels 1-5 pickpocket men. You may want to bring a little bit of food because they will hit u pretty often. Runehq says u have to pickpocket men 48 times. Once this is done get out of there and go to east ardy to the cask stalls witch are here.

5-28+- from five to 28+ I suggest thieving from the cake stall. If you stop at 29, that’s 676 cakes. SAVE ALL OF THESE. You will need them for agility. You can go for more then 28 but if you don’t want to, you don’t have to.

28-35- from 28-35 steal from the nat chest in easy ardy or rellaka. It will take about 896 picks. Don’t forget a lock pick and some anti poison and food incase you get poisoned or a random comes. Remember how I talked about that money before? It should start coming in now. By the time your 35 thieving you will have around 300k.

35-50- From the levels 35-50 steal from the fur stall 688 times. Compared to stealing from the other chest about 1k times this shouldn’t b to bad. You can also sell the fur in varrock for I think 120 ea. Hello 85k.

50-59- From 50-59 steal from the silver stall about 2.8k times. Yes I no its going to be boring and I no its going to take awhile. But hey, look on the bright side. When your done it will be hello 1.2m =).

59-65- ok heres your last big jump before 65-99. you will have to steal out of the bloods chest 1797 times. The chest is located in the Chaos druid tower north of ardy. Each steal you get 500 coins and 2 blood. That’s 1.7k a steal! When your done you should have around a whooping 3m. not bad fro thieving out of a chest.

65-99- from 65-99 steal from the spice stall 160k times. This will take a pretty long time. If you can do 5k steals a day it will take around 4 weeks. But hey, buy the end you can add a 99 skill to your list.

Agility
- I am going to warn you now. Agility sucks. Agility sucks pretty badly. But on the bright side there are a lot of places to train it. But hey, you got to do it so let’s get it over with.
1-35- Start your journey at the Gnome Agility Course. Last time I check you have to go through the course 259 times to 35. You may be thinking no problem but trust me it seems like forever.

35-50- From levels 35-50 train at the barb agility course. First do the barcrawl. A guide can be found here. http://runehq.com/RHQSpecialReportsView.php?id=00323. you will have to go through this course about 650 times. Then off to the Brimhaven Agility Arena.

50-99- Go off to brimhaven agility course. Make sure you bring PLENTY OF CAKES. When ever you run low, go restock. If you trade in 1k tickets everytime you will have to do the course 40k times. Then you finally hit 99. like I said before the average person will do 2k runs a day. 3 weeks later your 99 agility. Congrats.

Farming
- Ahhh, good ol farming. A lot of people hate it, but I personally like it. Reason is because it’s the easiest damn skill in all of runescape. You may not think that not but when your done with this section of the guide you sure will. Before I start anything I will post a map of all the farming patches.

1-20- Watcha want to do is go steal about 100 potato seeds in Draynor. Then plant them in catherby, make sure you use some kind of compost. I recommend super but normal is fine. Water them and now you can do one of to things. You can pay the farmer 2 buckets of compost to watch your plants. Or you can go fish, fletch, or firmakeing just to name a few, but if you didn’t pay the farmer don’t leave catherby. If your fishing go check on them after your first load, flecthing after to loads, or fletch next to them, or if your fm after to inventory of logs. Then when there done harvest them, and plant more. Do this until 20 farming. I suggest keeping the potatoes for farmer payment.

20-32- I suggest you go buy or steal sweet corn seeds. Also buy or get about 100 buckets of super compost. Now plant sweet corn seeds and either pay the farmer or work on skills. The farmer payment is 10 jute fibre.

32-99- Now here comes the big money. I mean real big. I mean some of the biggest money you’re going to make in this guide. Right now I suggest you go buy 5k buckets of super compost. Trust me you may spend a pretty penny now but it will pay off. Now go but a lot of ranarr seeds for 10-15k ea. Now use your compost on the patch and plant the seeds. Now fletch, fm, or fish. Remember to constantly check on the plant, you don’t want these babys dieing. I hear the average seed gives about 5-7 ranarrs. You can easily make about to 50k+ a harvest. You should have your money back my about 45-50 farming. I suggest doing this to 99 because you can raise other skills while making a ton of cash.

Fletching
- Good old fletching. One of my favorite skills. This is a great skill to do with farming. Just stand next to the patch and fletch away. Water the plants from time to time, harvest and fletch. Pretty relaxing.

1-10- From 1-10 you got to make Arrow shafts. You don’t have to keep these because from now on after 10 all your going to do is fletch long bows. Anyway get your normal logs and fletch arrow shafts to 10 fletching.

10-25- Fletch normal long bows. DO NOT STRING THEM. Your not going to touch a string until at least maple longs. Its not worth the time before that. Once your done you can sell the bows to the general store to make a little cash.

25-40- From 25-40 make oak longs. Once again do not string them. Once you’re done sell em to the general store.

40-70- Make willow longs. Once again do not string them. I skipped maple because I think willows are easier to buy/cut. Plus they are really good exp. Anyways do this until 70 then sell your willow longs ( u ) to the general store for 16 ea.

70- 85- Yay you can finally make yew long. This is where the cash starts flowing. Unless you already have 99 woodcutting, go get some woodcutting exp and chop your own yews. Then buy bowstrings for 150 ea. Now fletch the bow into yew long ( s ). When you hit 85 sell them for 550 ea. For every 1k you do you make a 400k profit. Not to bad.

85-99- from 85 through 99 either cut your own logs or craft your own strings. Then fletch these into mage longs. Im not sure how much these sell for I think about 700 ea. Do this until 99 and you will be rolling in dough.

Herblore
- I don’t really like this skill, so im going to make this part of the guide as short as possible. First to dudric ritual then you can id guams.

1-12- make Attack potions, when your done you can sell them because your not going to need them.

12-26- make strength potions. Once again when your finished sell them.

26-38- make energy. Guess what you can do when your done with them.

38-66- Now you can finally make prayer pots. Buy your ranarrs for about 6k ea and waterfilled vials for 12 ea at eats ardy general store. Then sell the prayer pots for 7k ea edge wrld 18.

66-72- Make super sets. You can sell these for 10k ea edge world 18.

72-76- or 99- range pots. You can sell these for 5k ea edge wrld 18.

76-99- make mage pots. I think you can get about 6k ea for these.

~ How not to Accidentally Gain a Combat Level ~

If you gain one single combat level your ruined. You might as well start over. That’s why im going to give you a few tips so you don’t gain one by accident.

1- Always leave auto retaliate off. You never no when a random will come or something like that. When ever your training don’t forget to turn it off.
2- My biggest tip is NEVER EVER EVERRRR AFK. Don’t do it. period. If you do 90% of the time your going to gain a combat level.
3- always carry a normal bow around with no arrows. this way u cant attack anything

How To Get Dragon Boots

There are a few ways to get dragon boots. They include buying them from other players (currently for about 700K), snatching them after some other player dies or by slaying the spiritual mages. I am going to talk about the 3rd method, as I just obtained my 1st pair of dragon boots last night.

I must admit that I was a little bit nervous about going into the God Wars Dungeon after seeing posts about how dangerous it is, so I ventured in with Delarue64.  We were surprised at how easy it really was.  I was not sure what equipment to take, but decided upon taking black dragonhide,  Dragon Scimmy (trying to get 99 strength now) Saradomin Cape, Holy Book, some ropes, some sharks, prayer pots, super restore and a super set.

After pushing the big boulder, I walked northwards to the dying knight, obtained the scroll and then entered the dungeon. I then walked to the SE corner near the Saradomin Stronghold entrance. In that corner, not one of the monsters attacked me, as only Saradomin and Zamorak monsters were there and I was wearing a piece of equipment from both gods.

To be able to fight against the Spiritual Mages you need at least 83 slayer. I had 85, so there was no problems there. I tried to attack the mage near the entrance and although I killed it very easily, I found that it hit me quite easily. So I started using prayer against it.  The fights went very quickly, so not much prayer was drained. The rewards were very meagre, mostly runes.  What I did realize though, was that when the mage attacked the Werewolf, then it focussed on it rather than me. So I could turn my prayer off then.

Once I reached 40 sara kills, I entered the Saradomin Stronghold. Delarue64, tried too, with an agility potion, but unfortunately that did not work (you need at least 70 agility and a rope to enter).  Once again, due to the book and cape, I did not get attacked by anything. There was a Werewolf and a Vampire in there too which were attacking the mages, particularly the Werewolf. So I did not need prayer or food while fighting in there. It took just over 250 sara kills before I obtained the dragon boots. Ironically, the mage that dropped the dragon boots was half killed by the Werewolf before I finished it off.

Perhaps I will get brave enough to try and beat a boss one day, but for now I am happy that I finally got my own dragon boots.

Start: Begin by talking to Sir Amik Varze, located in Falador Castle, about a quest.
Skills: The ability to defend against level 33 Black Knights.
Quests: 12 Quest Points.
What You Need: A Bronze Medium Helmet, Iron Chainmail, and a Cabbage grown from any garden except for the one in Draynor Manor.

Recommended Items: Food and armor as a precaution against the knights in the castle.

Scroll down to the end of the guide to find a 'Fast Quest Walkthrough'.

Getting the Items You Need

Before you start this quest it is a good idea to get all the items you require:

Bronze medium helmA Bronze Medium Helmet can be obtained through the Smithing Skill by smithing 1 bronze bar with a smithing level of 3. You can also buy these from Peska in the Barbarian Village for the price of 24 coins.

Iron chain mailAn Iron Chainmail can be made from 3 iron bars at level 26 smithing. You can also buy one from Wayne in Falador for the price of 210 coins.

CabbageFor this quest freeplayers can pick a cabbage from these locations:

South of Falador:

South of falador

North of Rimmington:

North of rimmington

Northwest of Lumbridge:

Northwest of lumbridge

The Monastery:

The monastery

Or you can also farm your cabbage if you are a member and have level 7 Farming or pick them from many other locations. The important thing is that you do not pick cabbages from Draynor Manor:

Don't pick cabbages from draynor mannor

Getting Started

Now that you have all the items you need, it's time to go and start the quest. To start the quest, talk to Sir Amik Varze on the 3rd floor of the White Knights' castle in Falador. If you have trouble finding him this is the White Knights' Fortress:

The white knight fortress

All you then need to do is climb up the western stairs to the third level of the castle:

Sir amik varze's location Sir amik varze

Sir Amik Varze will send you to 'check on' the Black Knights' Fortress. So grab all your items and maybe some food and head to the Black Knights' Fortress:

Route from falador to the black knights' fortress

Inside the Fortress

First of all wear your iron chain-mail and your bronze helm. Open the 'sturdy door' on the south side of the building. Now that you are inside, there is no further need to impersonate a guard so you may wear your normal armor. 'Push' the wall directly in front of you:

Push the wall

Climb up the ladder, then the ladder you find on the next floor. You should now be on the 3rd floor, however there re some boxes that block your way to the eastern half. There is a ladder heading down slightly to the east of you that you must then climb down. You will arrive in a room that looks like this:

This is where you'll appear

Head up the ladder in the eastern room and you will find yourself on the 3rd floor again, behind the obstructive boxes from earlier. Head down the ladder that is just next to you.

This room is a safe haven. The black knights can not get to you, and you can recharge your prayer. If you are low on life you can wait here until some of it regenerates.

The chaos altar

When you have recovered, exit the room by the door to the west. A Black Knight will be very hospitable and greet you with a fierce: "Die intruder!!!" And will attack you no matter what your level. You do not need to kill him, just run past and down the ladder. You will now be on the bottom floor again, run along the corridor and 'listen at grill'.

Listen-at grill

Your character will crouch down and over-hear the plan to give the Black Knights an invincibility potion... But do not fear, you can ruin everything! All you need is one small cabbage...

Destroying the Potion

Head back to the entrance of the fortress, just follow the guide so far in reverse order if you are worried about losing yourself. The door to the east is the door to the meeting room, try to go in but the guard will stop you:

Fortress guard

Tell the guard that you'll go in anyway and run away from the Black Knights and up the ladder to the north.

Fighting a black knight

Walk along this passage, and you will need to push yet another wall:

Push the wall

Inside here, use your cabbage with the hole in the floor.

Warning: Be very careful that you use the cabbage with the hole, because if you do not right-click you will eat it!

Use the cabbage with the hole

The witch will throw a fit.

Witch

Now you can leave to go get your reward from Sir Amik Varze. To get out you can back-track to the entrance and walk to Falador, or you can homeport and walk there from Lumbridge.

Congratulations, Black Knights' Fortress Quest complete!

runescape,runescape gold,runescape money,runescape coin,runescape guide,buy runescape gold
 Runescape Cheats

To get fast easy money and a higher crafting level, go to the island of enchantra with about ten buckets in your backpack. Fill the buckets with sand from the sand pit and fill the rest of your space with seaweed on the northeast coast of the island (across the bridge). Next, go to Fritz the glass maker and have him teach you about glass making. Make a whole bunch of glass and sell it to him for 20 coins each.

Get your smithing to level 50 and your mining to level 55 mine mithril and coal and smith a whole bunch of mithril daggers. Then sell them for profit.

If you want to get to the hill giant cave instead of going and finding the brass key, go to edgevill and go down the dungen. Run past the zombies and then you get to the cave.

Bury 6 big bones while you are fighting a tree spirit lvl 22 or higher, for every 6 big bones you bury while you are fighting, the tree spirit loses 4 strenghth points.

If you want easy money and are above lvl 32, you can go down a tunnel north of barbarian villige (you need a brass key). The tunnel looks like a little shack, go inside and down the ladder. Now there are 2 simple ways to get money. You can get the key where the zombies are and sell for 5k or kill the hill giants and sell the big bones for 350 each

An easy way to make money is go to east ardounge (members only) and ask people for silk at thye market. Dont steel it yourself or you can't sell it, or pik it up off the ground, go to the silk trader and say you want 120 gp each of silk. Then he will say 50gp, but then say 60gp and it works, I did full inventories for an hour and got 80k.or buy it for 3gp each in alkahard.

Kill some cows (get inventory full of hides) and repeat, that (100gp ea) I got 170k from doing it in 1 day!! Kill chickens 1=5gp.

If your a noob and want to get your levels up, all you have to do is go to lummbrige, then go south until you see the rats. Kill them and your lvl will go up, when your lvl gets to 15, go to faladoor and go into the sewer and kill zomibes. They drop 30 gp.

If you want to make easy gold (with no skills at all!), then DO THIS. The only thing you need to do is watch, walk, trade, bank. Get an air talisman (their price is going up, but they're worth it!) and UNOTED 25 rune ess. First, go to World 16. Then walk/tele to Falador. Go to the air temple South of Fally (it should be easy to find. Just follow a parade of people). There will be tons of people saying, "Open (enter price here)". Search for the highest price. Then trade that person the UNNOTED 25 rune ess, and they'll give you gold, AND NOTED 25 rune ess. Go to the bank, unote them, and so on!

Get your runecrafting to 44, then do nature rune's for people once you get 54 runecrafting, start doing law runs for people then from there get you rune crafting to 91. Then you can make double nature runes then give half of the nature runes to people, then keep the other half for your self then sell the natures for 300-330 gold each or you can low or high alch if you have high enough magic.

How to get fast cash: Go to the Lava Maze in the wilderness and get all the Steel Platebodies, Money, and Earth Staffs by switching worlds. Per trip you should get approx. 30k. But beware of PKers so bring law runes!

First get around 25-30k, then go to a major bank and say buyin rune scimmy 25k. Then go to another major bank and say sellin rune scimmy 27-30k someone will trade with you. Guess what you just made 2-7k!! Keep doing it with different rune or addy items and you'll make a bunch of money. I made 30k in 5min!

On the shield of arrav quest to get the weapon store key go to a house near the store and climb down the ladder. That is where the phoenix gang are who have the key.

Get enough wood cutting level to cut yews and willows.Chop 3k of willows and yews and go to the bank and sell willows for 200k and yews for 500k.

Ok, this is a great cheat to get easy money. First, get your mining up to 30, and get a good pickaxe second, do the rune mysteries quest third, mine 1000 rune ess, its very easy to mine. Fourth, get your runecrafting to lvl 14, and turn the ess into fire runes, which you can sell. Other Option: you can keep the fire runes to use in the fire bolt spell, which you can use to kill players in the wildy!

One cool thing about cooking stew, you can never burn it, so it is easy to get cooking up(please note cooking stew requires lv 25 cooking).

Here's a GREAT way to make money. Any time you see arrows laying around, don't just ignore them, some may be adament or mitheral and belive me those 2 types are worth alot like say you have 100 adament you could make alot on just 1.1 is worth around 25-40 GP so if you have 100 thats a profit of 2500-4000 GP

1.Get your fishing lvl to 40 then fish lobsters. There's a general store nearby and I make about 1k a run. Swordfish will get you even more. 2. get smithing up (knights sword quest helps a lot) then sell all the weapons and armor you make. (My most used skill) 3.Get crafting high enough to make ruby amulets, ruby necklaces, etc...they all sell for a lot.

Get your mage up to lvl 50. Now you might think it costs alot! but it doesn't just do law run which you must do a quest first. Get law runes then just teleport until you mage gets really high, then get runes, then go to wildy and own. But first, you also need 50 range or higher. To get ur range up get up fletching and make bows to use and arrows. When your done with the old bows sell them and buy some arrows with that. Then when you use the arrows pick them up if you can. When your done your combats only like lvl 39!!! or lower! Then buy magic bow for 3k-5k no higher than 5k though.

Make a new character, then beat the tutorial island. After that, give the character recovery questions and go to the security strong hold with food! After you get the reward for the first lvl take it to the bank and the same with the next two lvls in the strong hold. After you have the 10k drop trade it to your origanal character (main).

To raise your combat level and prayer level here's the tip: Go north-west of the cooking guild near varrock, take a brass key with you and go downstairs. You will find hill giants, attack them with any skill (range, magic, attack, strenght, defence). Each one raises around 100 ezperience, and they drop big bones to raise prayer.

If you are a member and have 350k+ then you should go to world 2 and buy black mystic full, but buy each separate. Top 100k bottom for 90k to 100k hat gloves and boots for 50k to 60k ea. If you can get anything cheaper, than buy it, once you buy the full set, then sell it for around 450k that can be 100k profit.
